Jim Scott, CEO
In addition to responsibilities as CEO of In Zone Brands, Jim also serves as Chief Creative Officer, spearheading new product development for the Company. Prior to co-founding In Zone Brands, Inc., Jim pursued a variety of successful entrepreneurial ventures including Bulldog Movers, Alpha Products and In Zone, Inc. Jim attended the University of Georgia in Athens, GA.

Jeffery D. Armstrong, CFO
Jeff Armstrong has more than twenty five years of experience in operations, finance and general management in the consulting and interim management arena. Mr. Armstrong recently served as interim CFO of a mid-western electronic/mechanical control device firm where he helped recapitalize the company. Mr. Armstrong was Senior Managing Director of Conway MacKenzie, Inc., a Detroit, MI based consulting firm, where he led the establishment of the firm’s Southeastern Office based in Atlanta. Prior to joining CM&D, Mr. Armstrong was a founder and Managing Partner at Corporate Revitalization Partners, a national restructuring firm now known as CRG Partners. He led the Atlanta office which served the Eastern United States. Mr. Armstrong’s experience includes serving as interim Chief Financial Officer for a multi-store consumer finance company, interim CFO of a $140 million publicly-traded manufacturer of industrial and consumer products with operations in four countries, CFO of an $85 million consumer products company, Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) for a $90 Million manufacturing company with operations in Mexico and China, and CRO of a $100 Million food manufacturer where he rationalized operations and restructured the balance sheet resulting in significant additional equity capital. Mr. Armstrong received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin where he was a Sord Scholar and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.

Jonas McCracken, COO
Jonas joined In Zone in 1998, when the company was in the infant stages of developing the Bellywashers and TummyTickler brands. Before being promoted to COO, Jonas served six years in China, where he oversaw the Asia operations and strategic sourcing activities for the company. Jonas graduated from Presbyterian College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish.

Jody Cook VP of Sales
Jody Cook is the Vice President of Sales who leads In Zone Brands’ field sales team. Prior to In Zone, Jody successfully led several small companies from minimal sales to national expansion. Jody has paired his high energy and passion for people with In Zone’s entrepreneurial spirit to foster expansive and sustained brand growth. Past successes include Pepsi Co, Monterey Pasta and San Francisco Food. As a former collegiate athlete, Jody continues to enjoy an active lifestyle by spending his free time working out or golfing. Jody also enjoys spending time with his three children Brittne, 23, Bethany, 18, and Bryson, 17. Jody earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Fort Lewis College.

Patrick Fredrich, VP Information Technology
Patrick joined the Company in 2003 as Vice President of Information Technology, responsible for executing the Company’s IT initiatives including the implementation of tools such as MRP, integrated forecasting, CRM, EDI communications, real-time ERP/ Financial systems and reporting. Patrick graduated from the Technical University of Nanterre Courbevoie in Paris, France with a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Reed Acrey Director of National Accounts
Reed Acrey is the Director of National Accounts for In Zone Brands. His primary role is to continue to drive sales in our national account channel. He was drawn to In Zone for its unique culture, great products, talented people as well as the fact he does not have to wear socks to work. Reed has over 11 years experience working with leading CPG companies. In his spare time, Reed enjoys running, reading, and cooking dinner on the grill for his wife and best friend, Kate, and their two sons, Parker & Grant.
